I find this applies to bo...Thanks for sharing this! I find this applies to both my personal and professional life. In my personal life I have been working toward a more healthy lifestyle in order to gain control of my blood sugar --- in that case I am often not only delaying gratification but sometimes completely avoiding but the steps are still applicable.
